At FirstClassSneaks.com, customer service is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund within 7 days. (PLEASE NOTE:  Items must be returned within three days of the delivery date. We will NOT accept any items if security tags, or original boxing has been tampered with. Furthermore, if the shoes have no signs of being worn, they are ELIGIBLE for return or refund.)

 

Guidelines

Returned items must be in purchased condition!

  • First Class Sneaks will not accept returns if there is any evidence that the purchase has been worn.
  • The original shoebox, packaging, and all accessories must be returned with your purchase. If the item includes a security tag, it must not be cut or tampered with in any way to be eligible for return.

 

PLEASE PACK SNEAKERS, SHOEBOX, AND ALL ACCESSORIES INSIDE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX. FIRST CLASS SNEAKS will not accept Sneaker returned without the original packaging. USING THE SHOEBOX AS A SHIPPING BOX, OR MISSING ACCESSORIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

Returns for Refunds: 

To return products for a refund, please email info@firstclasssneaks.com and [click here] to print, fill out the return form to be shipped with the merchandise.

 

Return Shipping Charges: 

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error occurred on your order, please email info@firstclasssneaks.com.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Also, check with your financial institution to determine the credit card refund protocol and their policies. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEx) for all returns.
