First Class Sneaks Return Policy

At FirstClassSneaks.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer a full refund—just follow the steps below.


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Refund Window: You must request your return within 7 days of purchase.

  • Ship-Back Period: All items must physically arrive back to us within 3 days of your delivery date.

  • Condition Requirement: Shoes must show no signs of wear—they should look exactly as when they left our warehouse.

2. Packaging & Tags

  • Original Packaging: Return the sneakers in their original shoebox, complete with all packaging materials and any included accessories.

  • Security Tags: If your item came with a security tag, it must remain untampered and uncut.

Note: Using the shoe box itself as the outside shipping container, or omitting any accessories or packaging, will void your return.

  3. Pack & Ship: Place your sneakers, the original shoebox, accessories, and return form inside a sturdy shipping box.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using an insured carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to protect your package in transit.

5. Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method—check with your bank or credit card issuer for their specific timing.
