• Signature Requirement: Some orders require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, your package may be delayed.

• Delivery Delays & Loss: First Class Sneaks is not liable for delays or loss due to signature requirements or theft after delivery.

• Transit Times: We ship via UPS with an estimated delivery of 2–5 business days on standard service.

• Fraud Prevention: All orders undergo verification. We reserve the right to:

  • Verify billing and shipping details before processing

  • Hold orders for additional review

  • Cancel orders with unverified or mismatched information

• Payment Authorization: We must receive approved credit-card authorization before shipping.
